You and your family’s health and well-being is the most important thing to focus on right now.

Its times like these that make it easy to be negative as it requires less effort. Being positive and kind to yourself is to recognise the good things that are around you, like you and your family.

Share memories or special moments that help you to remember to laugh, as laughter is often just what we need.

Exercise, eat well and get rest!
Go for a walk with family members or on your own as the fresh air will re-focus you on being positive.
Eating fresh and good foods will keep your immune system strong.
It’s also okay to give yourself a treat as you deserve it.

Establish your routine but keep it simple.
You don’t want to be in front of your device all day so take regular breaks to re-focus and energise based on a healthy routine.
Kick the ball, walk around your garden or park and take a look at what you normal don’t get a chance to look at. You may just be surprised by what you can see.
